How to track a cell phone location?

"well, but u really think that what u going to do is perfectly all right ,IS it legal when you know the correct way.Anyways if you still need it them then there are some GPS based software through which u can search required cell phone position by entering particular cell phone number. My friend was having such software but he did nevre told me if he had used that or not. So I cant tell you exactly ,how perfect it works. And there are many software for phones too in the market, which u can install in your call phone and be updated with all locations of the required cell phone where it is moving. Other free software which u can have on net are hacktrix, world-tracker, satellite- gps-tracker and there are many more but I think these will solve your problem. But again I am telling u by doing this u can be in trouble…."
