Unannounced Dell Mini 3v shown off by Chinese mobile regulator

Considering the complexity and mystery of Chinese characters, we are going to take the premature release of Dell Mini 3v handset with a pinch of salt. The reports have emerged that the Chinese mobile regulator TENAA has prematurely released Dell Mini 3v handset which presumably can be the smaller version of Dell Mini 5 (aka Dell Streak). Though, it has become common to learn about devices through leaks more than we do from official announcements, this one coming from China, as you can guess will have the least information. However, it’s noticeable through photos that the device carries a 5-megapixel camera complete with LED flash along with a front facing camera as well. The device will be running on TD-SCDMA and GSM bands in addition to WAPI as opposed to WiFi and mobile TV technology which is China’s CMMB digital TV. There’s no info on the screen size, screen type and the OS, but we are guessing Android.
