My Sansa Fuze 4GB won’t turn off and is locked and I don’t know how to unlock it. Can anyone tell me how to unlock this thing? Right now, it won’t turn off! Also, my Firmware updates always fail. I tried downloading the update manually, but mistakenly saved it into a BIN file and it asks me what to open it with and I don’t have a clue. If I got it to turn off then I don’t know how to get to the root folder to drop the extracted file in. I can get to the folder with albums, audiobooks, music, but what do I do then? Please help. Thanks.
