How to update T-Mobile G1 that is running on Android 1.1?

To update your T- mobile G1 that is running on android 1.1 turn on your phone by pressing power button which is located at the bottom of the phone. Then click the menu button below screen. Go to the settings option. Scroll down to the about phone option and click the system updates menu option. If you can see the message that your system is currently up to date then there are no updates for the phone and if you don’t see this message then click on the update option and wait for your phone to get updated. It is possible that your phone will restart after the update is complete.
