You can connect your mobile to your PC for using internet on PC and then follow the steps:

· First of all you have to download the update and save the file to compatible storage devise such as memory stick.

· Then you can use your PC for creating a folder named PS3 in the storage media and you can create another folder named UPDATE inside this folder and then download and save the update for PS3 firmware inside this folder.

· Once the update is saved you can remove the storage media and connect it with your PS3

· Then go to settings of the home menu of the PS3and select system update and then it update it using your storage media.
