Why is my verizon lg mobile screen getting black?

Well, I have purchased this LG Cosmos Touch three months back also, and I have faced the same problem. I haven’t attempted to respond it, I have no option then opening the message from the messaging menu, beneath the contact you received or sent the message as well. There is no way to turn off the text message ID that I know of.

Unluckily one more reason to that situation is that the knock-offs. I would like to suggest you to advance your phone to an iPhone. Most likely, you have a better way to update your device rather than restore your current phone.

If it doesn’t work then make a call to Verizon store or call customer service at 611 and talk to technical support. They will give you proper suggestion what to do.
