verizon wireless complain ?


i ordered a htc thunderbolt phone from verizon wireless website 20 days back but till now i did not get any delivery they have taken the money from their website online banking systemm when i called the customer care and tell them the problem they asked me the order no thank god i wrote it on a piece of paper so i told them that order number and then they said this phone has been delivered . i was very surprised when i heard it . they said you have taken the delivery . so i want to complain against them . tell me where to complain it .

First of all you should not file the complain as the matter would then take a lot of time to settle. Instead try contacting the company. Call them on their usual number 1-800-VERIZON and route the call to the billing and queries department. Tell them about the problem and also what happened last time when you had called. If the representative says the same thing ask to talk to a manager. It is your right to talk to a supervisor if the first person is not able to help you. Tell them that if it is delivered then you would like to see the delivery slip. And check who signed it where is it actually delivered? Check the addresses that you have given in the online form as there is a little chance that you have made a typographic error. If the company fails to help you after this then you should sue them and a government lawyer would be provided to you free of cost. You can file a case under Federal Trade commission check out their website for further queries. But I still think that it can be sorted out with the company,.
