What to do when one faces Virgin mobile coverage issue?

For last 3 days, I have been facing Virgin mobile coverage issue here in Ohio. I have been constantly getting network busy and call drop error. I tried to contact the customer care but they were also unable to solve the problem. What should I do? Any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated.

Virgin mobile is the first virtual operator created the world in 1999. The Britishmobile operator, a subsidiary of Virgin Group, operates in several countries: the United Kingdom, the reference countries, Australia, South Africa, the United States, Canada and France since 2006. Virgin Mobile UK is a subsidiary of Virgin Media, while the international division of Virgin Mobile can act independently of the British division, in association with the mobile operator that provides the network infrastructure. Like any mobile virtual network operator, Virgin Mobile does not own infrastructure. It must therefore enter into partnerships with mobile operators to exploit their traditional network. Thus, in the UK, Virgin Mobile operates the T-Mobile. United States, the network operator Sprint is used. In Australia, a partnership was signed with Optus. In South Africa, Cell C offers its network while in France, Virgin Mobile uses the network infrastructure Orange (France Telecom). These networks use different technologies (GSM in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, France and CDMA in the United States. Canada Virgin Mobile uses the GSM). The operator proposes in all countries where it operates a prepaid (pay as you go) and various packages (pay monthly). As with traditional mobile operators, Virgin Mobile also sells phones SIM lock network operator which operates the network.
