Why is my Virgin mobile top up Not working?


I bought my card like 3 days before; today I started running out of minutes so I clicked pay now and then nothing happened. It just said the payment was due next month, but I got NO MINUTES. I called customer care but even they said nothing clearly about it. Why Virgin mobile top up is not working when even the due date is after three days?

Honestly speaking, dude.. there must be something wrong with the network.. or if your top-up of virgin was supposed to give you 300 minutes then you need to confirm where the root of problem is.. call their customer care.. if they don’t respond or if they respond rudely.. of just in case you feel that the answer they gave you was not satisfying enough fo you and your problem still seems to be a problem then all you need to do is surf the google up, there is a web portal by the name of, ‘ConsumerAffair’. Where you can post your problem out there.. you may get the solution by any random person who executes the expertise in this area or might have had over come same sort of problem in the past.. as this activity can help you out.. you need to click on the options wher it says ‘complaints’ right over the top icon area that is appearing on the page. It will register your complaint and will display it on the website.. or again you have multiple websites and forums that might just help you with your query with the help of their random users.. thank you.
